Our host, Key was super attentive and reacted quickly. She did evening to make our trip successful. We had a shore power issue that ended up being an issue with the shore and not the RV. Once the power issue was solved, we had an outstanding trip and the RV worked great. It was just the perfect RV for us and our final experience was the trip of a lifetime! I looked over many sites an RVs and choose Outdoorsy because of the all exclusive packaging, technical, mechanical and roadside support. Although the app wasn't always cooperative, with the host's support, we were able to take care of any issues, before, during and after our trip.
Overall our experience was great. We will recommend Outdoorsy to our friends when looking to rent an RV and we will definitely be renting the Thor Chateau again. Thank you Key :)

Great RV. Great host. She was responsive and helpful. RV ran great and gave us the best way to see the keys. Would rent this RV again. Would also recommend Curry Honda state park and Geiger Key marina as places to hook up.
