This was our first time staying in an RV, and while there were some positives, overall we were a little disappointed.
The RV is in good condition, and the A/C was excellent we actually needed blankets at night. Communication with the host was also great; they were always quick, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
The biggest concern was cleanliness. We found dog hair under the master bed and couch and had to sweep and disinfect the RV ourselves. Since the listing mentions thorough cleaning and disinfection, we expected it to be cleaner upon arrival.
There was also a loose edge on the floor near the table and couch that caused my toddler to slip, so we recommend having that repaired for safety. The master mattress is larger than the bed frame, which made sleeping and moving around the bedroom difficult.
The kitchen could also use some attention. The pots, pans, and utensils should be replaced, and the pantry could use better cleaning, organization, and stocking for families.
Unfortunately, we also noticed ants coming into the bathroom and later the kitchen. I notified the host, but the issue contributed to us leaving earlier than planned.

We had a great time in Concan. The RV was perfect. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the AC worked great. Would definitely rent again. We loved having the outdoor kitchen for making breakfast. We appreciated the little extra touches (paper towels, plastic baggies, coffee etc.) - Guzman Family

The rv hosted by Tirsa was perfect. The main bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool. There was plenty of storage and the small outside fridge was an extra bonus.
Tirsa and Juan were easy to reach and talk to. We would definitely rent from them again. Thank you for a great trip.
