The camper and truck were good enough for our purpose. A few things didn't work in the camper and it smelled horribly of mildew. The camper was a bit dirty and the truck cab was very dirty. There was a water leak under table and the hot water didn't work. The truck was scary to drive at night as one side of the headlights didn't work and terrifying on the highway as the steering was very loose. When this all was brought to the host's attention upon return, the host became defensive, tried to say everything worked fine, repeated how he had spent so much money on the camper and accused us of causing the leak. Other than the scary steering, lights and mildew smell, we could have happily just dealt with the rest. It was upsetting hearing him try to blame us for any of the issues.

We rented Hans's RV for two weeks and drove from Chilliwack through the Rocky Mountains and Vancouver Island. Hans picked us up from the airport and put us up at his fantastic Airbnb, a great breakfast included. Hans and his wife are great and helped us with lots of tips. The equipment of the RV is also great—Hans has a large selection of gear. We were completely satisfied and can recommend it to everyone!
