Our family of 4 plus 2 dogs had a great 5 day trip in this RV. We had ample room and all of the amenities we needed including dishes, utensils, pots and pans as well as a myriad of little things that helped to make the trip a breeze and a memorable one. Danielle and John were great “hosts”; providing an excellent orientation to the unit, were flexible and quick to respond to any queries. Definitely would rent this RV again!!

Both Danielle and John were great hosts, very accomodating and friendly. I'd high reccomend their motor home and service!

Our experience was excellent. Communication was consistent, fast, relevant and accurate. The vehicle drove and rode perfectly. The initial training was concise and informative. We did experience some fridge operation difficulty but once again the communication was excellent in helping us try to resolve the issue. We had four adults in our group and the RV was perfectly suited for our needs.

An amazing vacation that could have been a nightmare! The owners,Danielle and John, were very friendly, reasonable, and helpful. However, we found the flaw in the Outdoorsy experience: if the vehicle is damaged right before your trip, Good Luck! You are on your own. We got a text message from Danielle two days before we were to pick up the RV and only hours before boarding a flight out of the country that the people currently using the RV damaged the septic tanks and it may or may not be fixed before our trip. We were traveling during peak season (mid-July) and we had to book over 6 months in advance, so finding alternatives was going to be difficult. The owners sent a text showing commercial rental companies that have similar vehicles but cost more than twice as much. The Outdoorsy hotline was not very helpful other than to read to you their policy, which essentially says it’s your problem and they only will tell you if a replacement vehicle on their site is available, which none was available and many rentals are not available with short notice. We took a chance and hoped the problem could be fixed in time. Luckily, Danielle and John were able to get the damaged septic system fixed in time for our vacation. However, the previous renters additionally damaged the awning and we were not able to use it during our trip.

Danielle and her husband were very helpful when we had some questions during our trip. The RV was well-stocked, like new and had all the bells and whistles we needed for an exceptional vacation! We would definitely recommend this RV and “the hosts” to everyone.

We loved the RV and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. The RV is beautiful and spacious, and brand new. It even has a really nice electric fireplace that puts out quite a bit of heat. We met up with our family of experienced RV'ers in Banff and everyone was jealous of our RV! We had never RV'd before so the owners patiently walked us through the operation and had us each drive around a parking lot to get used to driving it. The RV has a back camera to show you what's behind you, and also both side cameras so you can see your blind spots before you change lanes. We loved Banff and hope to rent this RV again. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and easy to get in touch with if we ever needed to.

Beautiful RV with lots of features. Communication was great with the owners. Would definitely rent this RV again!
