This was our first time with a class C camper. Joe did a great job explaining all the features of the camper. Great communication with Joe and Lauren both before and during our trip. We had one issue with a key during our trip, they responded quickly and we got the issue resolved. Joe and Lauren are very easy to communicate with and very friendly. Would definitely recommend working with them in the future.

Lauren communicated quickly with us and with any issues that couldn’t be fixed on the road, dealt with us fairly. Would definitely rent from her again!

We were total RV newbies and attempting to do a trip with a toddler. We learned a lot and Lauren and Joe were excellent communicators/teachers. Despite almost turning around to go home twice (not because of the RV...more because of the toddler) we had a great vacation!

We had a great time in this camper. Communication with Joe and Lauren was great. Our first time renting a camper and this was a great way to start. Would definitely do it again.

We had an amazing experience renting the RV! Lauren was very responsive and assisted with every question about the RV ASAP. The RV is like new with lots of great features. I would definitely rent from her again.

Due to covid-19 we were unable to take our trip around New England. However the communication with Lauren has been excellent, and as soon as it's safe to do so we'll be booking up again. Can't wait.

Great vehicle with plenty of power to get up mountain roads in Vermont with ease.
Even though it dropped to freezing at night the heating warmed up very quickly.
Much better vehicle than previously rented from national rental companies.
Lauren and Joe were lovely to deal with and the whole process was easy and painless.
Would definitely rent again.

Everything about our booking with Lauren and Joe's RV was first rate. They are excellent communicators, answered all questions immediately, and showed up on time. Joe gave us a very detailed and friendly tour when he delivered the vehicle and made sure that all tanks were full and he supervised the electrical hook-up. The appliances all worked properly. Our only problem was that the heat was not functioning. Joe apologized and told us he would look into that immediately.

We had a wonderful trip in this RV. It actually started even long before we turned on the engine. Lauren helped a lot with excellent recommendations for campgrounds along the route we had in mind. Joe did an great job in taking us through the RV when we arrived and he even took us for a test-drive to make us feel comfortable with it.
We took off for a week north of Boston with the White Mountains and Acadia National Park as the main stops, great hiking trails in both areas! In between we had a stop in Freeport at the Casco bay seaside.
We camped mostly in state parks on nice spots in the woods. We had no hook ups for a week and that is no problem with this RV. The fact that you can pickup this RV at just a few minutes from the Red Line station is also a plus.
We enjoyed our RV trip a lot and recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful nature New England has to offer.

Communication with Joe was great, he gave us a tour around the RV and explained everything without being in a rush. Unfortunately there was miscommunication between Joe and Lauren on two separate occasions. After we signed the final contract with Joe, two days later Lauren billed us with an extra charge. Outdoorsy mediated well for us.
The RV was great, comfortable and easy in use. The RV was listed as brand-new, unfortunately not all the main features were functioning: entertainment system with gps and speakers, outside kitchen and a broken table. We fixed the table ourselves for use on the road and dining. We were reimbursement by Joe for material and labour. Questions during our trip were answered quickly by Joe.

Had a great rental experience with Joe and Lauren. Very friendly, honest, and fair. All requests were met with a can do attitude. In addition, everything the in the RV description was true and present. Their orientation was thorough and complete. I would recommend this RV for any first timers as it is easy to operate. Also, the owners are extremely family friendly. We highly recommend the Joe and Lauren to anyone considering a Northeast RV adventure. If ever in the area again we would most definitely use this RV again.

We had a fantastic experience and trip! We are interested in RV'ing full time in a couple years and this was our first experience with an RV to see if we liked it. Joe and Lauren were great leading up to the rental and were always available for questions and made sure everything went smoothly for our trip with our specific plans. They worked around our schedule for pick up and drop off times and we couldn't have been happier. I was most nervous to drive it, but it ended up being pretty easy in my opinion. The RV itself was very clean and had an amazing floor plan. The only downside was the radio/GPS was broke but luckily we had brought along a portable speaker so we just used that instead. We felt like they went above and beyond to make our first trip special and unforgettable. Thank you Lauren and Joe!
