Ever since we moved to New Mexico, we have enjoyed the beautiful outdoors - blue skies, perfect sunsets, vast areas of mountains and valleys. Our trips as a family have become the most memorable things we do all year. We know these are the days our children will remember for the rest of their lives. We would like to pay this forward by allowing others to enjoy RV life as much as we do.

We had a great time on our trip in this RV. Whenever we had a question or an issue with the RV, the owners were very communicative and responded almost immediately with any and all answers we needed. It is a comfortable RV with a lot of space for a family of 4.

Kalyani and her husband are simply wonderful to work with. We enjoyed the RV and had a great time with it on our trip. The RV was ready early and the hosts were very flexible on pickup and return times. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. All main systems on the RV (other than the awning) worked fine. For a 30' long vehicle, it drives easily. The back up camera is a nice feature. The unit would benefit from a few minor repairs, which would improve the renter's experience. There are a couple of blinds that don't work, in addition to the awning, and some laminate on the cabinets is peeling. Only recommendation on pickup is for host to review with the renter how to read tank levels; other instructions, for example, turning on and off the generator, how to pump out the black water tank, and water tank filling were excellent. Overall, a great experience and we would rent from Kalyani again.

The RV was in excellent condition, it drove great and was very comfortable.
I cannot say enough good about the hosts. They were very flexible in working with me through some scheduling issues on my part. They were friendly and helpful at every point.

We found that Kalyani was a wonderful and understanding person to work with during the rental process, the pickup and drop-off process and when we were on the road. She was very understanding when we broke something on the RV and we worked together to resolve the issue. However, the range hood kept falling down and we ended up duct taping it and found and used a screw that had fallen out to better secure the range hood. We were not able to open the window on the dinette table side of the RV unit. The side door and screen door had a lot of loose screws that we needed to tighten up so the doors would work better. Although we didn't use the shower curtain or retractable awning neither worked. The telescope was absent the eyepiece so we couldn't use it but were reimbursed for it. The remaining life of the engine oil was 30% when we started our trip and we put on 2700 miles. The RV drove very well and under a range of road and weather conditions. It would have made more sense to have had a fresh oil change before we started. Although the fresh water hose broke due to high static pressure at one campground, they had a backup fresh water hose that worked perfectly. They also provided a water filter with the fresh water hose. It would have been helpful to have been provided with a few page manual that summarized the key things to remember when using the RV.

The hosts were very nice and gracious. They kindly picked us up and returned us at the airport with the RV. It was very convenient.
The RV's air conditioning and heat worked, along with their appliances. The RV's engine ran fine as well.
I understand we booked last minute, so it may not have been as clean as the owners usually provide it. The Outdoorsy pictures do not represent the actual condition of the RV. Most things were duct taped, holding them in place instead of properly being fixed. The awning was not functioning. This did not effect our wonderful adventure. I just think the actual condition of the RV should be honestly represented in the pictures.

Rented this RV from a great couple in Albuquerque and they went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was safe and secure. They were accommodating with our departure time. The RV was clean and handled beautifully. I would highly recommend renting this RV. Fantastic experience.!
