Steven was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. The trailer was in great condition and well outfitted which made our stay very comfortable. There were some issues with the inverter/battery relay; however, Steven took the time to drive to our site to troubleshoot and made concessions for the part that was under warranty. Overall, a very good experience and we would certainly rent from Steven again!
