Stayed at RMNP & it was perfect during our stay, Kim was easy to communicate with & the camper was clean and big enough to fit our family of 5!

This camper is pretty worn out. We were not expecting a 6 year old camper to be in such bad shape. We took video of the Camper before we took it, we were told before that the fridge didn't work. We didn't have keys to lock it if we went anywhere, the door wouldn't shut when we were in the beds at night, some of the canvas sides were pulled out, we contacted owners about the door not shutting and they said we needed to have the camper level, we did .Some the windows had holes in the plastic and the fasteners were pulled out so when unzipped they fell down on the extra bed.
We had the camper rented for 9 days, put it in storage at the KOA for 5 of those due to its condition and the weather and got a hotel room. We also had to come home a day early to purchase a $300.00 new awning (old awning tore during a strong wind after which we called the owners to let them know about the awning and the door).
We never had a face to face with the owners to make sure things were okay on pick up or drop off. They were not home either time. Kimberly was responsive when we communicated by text or phone.
