The van was perfect for our 6 day trip to Yosemite. You can tell Kelvin was very thoughtful about the design and set up and everything was intuitive and easy to find or use. The van was clean and the linens provided were comfortable. Kelvin himself was always super responsive and helpful and made us feel very supported. If we go to this part of the country again we will certainly be renting from him. It was a great experience from start to finish.

We had Kelvin’s Sprinter for 5 weeks so got to know it very well and it was perfect for our trip/needs.
Kelvin was a very helpful and generous host who was easy to get in touch with and quickly answered any questions we had.
The van handled everything well, was quick to set up and pack down and we’d happily rent again.

Do you ever want to simultaneously acknowledge an absolutely wonderful experience but also gatekeep it for yourself??? Kelvin’s van and working with him is a 10-star experience. The van, his communications, the video to get comfortable, his warmth and flexibility….: it doesn’t get any better than renting this van from Kelvin. Just don’t rent it when I want it again please?!? :)

Kelvin and his van were the MVPs of our trip to Yosemite. The van was great and had everything we needed. It was easy to drive and could also fit into parking spots. It was a fantastic way to bring our home on the road, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a van in the Bay Area. Kelvin was a great communicator, he was flexible, and provided all of the information necessary to make the trip easy and stress free. Next time we are in California, we will be renting from Kelvin again. 10/10

Kelvin was outstanding to work with. He communicated clearly, was incredibly responsive, and was always available to answer any questions we had about the van. The van itself was exactly what we needed and had plenty of room for my wife, our two daughters, and our Shih Tzu. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a family getaway.
This was our first experience using Outdoorsy, and we’re grateful we had the opportunity to rent from Kelvin. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. We would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

We LOVED Kelvin’s van and will absolutely be renting it again. The pop up top makes the van feel spacious even for a tall person and allows for great light and airflow. You can have the windows open for cross breezes without bugs and close it all down at night with the black out shades on all windows. The pop up bed also allows you to have table space while leaving the bed set up (which was super convenient and comfy). And the rig is easy to drive because it’s not too high like some other models. Kelvin’s add-on of WiFi was perfection in Big Sur where we would normally lose connection. He truly made the whole experience 5 star all the way - so friendly, laid back, and clear in communication. The “how to” video he created made pick up really easy and fast. This seriously could not have been easier or more enjoyable. Made me want to buy this van but thankfully I can just rent it again. Thank you so much Kelvin!!

We took a 5 night trip with four adults to Yosemite and had an amazing first time camper van experience. Kelvin is an impressively responsive host and was able to provide great tips before and during the trip. The van is thoughtfully designed, easy to operate, and in great shape. Kelvin provides a very thorough video walk through which made learning the van easy. We utilized hipcamp to find unique places to park the RV.

Adventure to all the best places! Saw the most unbelievable views in this RV van you couldn’t do with others. Ask about the coordinates if visiting near Big Sur, amazing! Partner had a broken ankle with cast and we loved our 2wks with this RV seeing National parks. We only ate out 3 times because we could easily make meals in the RV. Finding great views for lunch became our thing, lol! Bathroom was awesome because you didn’t have to walk to one or find a spot at night outside. Worked great as both a rental vehicle and airbnb stay in one. Solar panels rocked! We had GoPros, phones, and tablets needing lots of charging at night and the solar batteries barely dropped. Can also get great photos from cliffs standing on top of the RV. Gas mileage was better than expected. Since it was just 2 of us we mainly used the back benches down as a bed and used a provided mattress for that space, which made sleeping super comfy. We put stuff like backpacks and luggage there when driving, then would pop the top at night and put the stuff on the top half of the pop top bed to sleep, then reverse in the morning. As it is an RV van there is limited “trunk” space, but the way we did it worked out great. All in all, this is the way to see the beautiful sites others can’t get to and be able to pay for your transportation and place to sleep in one amazing package. And Kelvin the owner is beyond fantastic! He made sure to go over everything and was available and responded swiftly if any questions arose. Any more Cali trips and there’s no question we will be renting from Kelvin again. A big thank you to Kelvin for providing such a wonderful experience!

It means a lot that you were able to see so much, especially with a broken ankle in the mix, and that the van worked well as both your ride and your “Airbnb on wheels.” I’m really glad the kitchen, bathroom, and solar setup made things easier and helped you enjoy those Big Sur and national park views.

The van as great and we had a great trip traveling through Northern California and Oregon. There are a few little quirks that we had to figure out, but Kelvin was responsive and helpful. The sleeping was comfortable and the facilities were very useful in remote areas.

Kelvin was a fantastic host. He recommended Prewitt Ridge for a dispersed night and it was the highlight of our trip. The van handled the climb easily and was perfect for camping at the top. We had an issue with the heater partway through, and Kelvin proactively refunded us for a night without us even asking. He was super responsive over text and phone whenever we had questions. Would absolutely rent from him again.

Also, I really appreciate you being understanding about the diesel heater issue as these things do come up. A refund was the least that I could do and I am glad that there was only one night that was cold. Hope to see you again!

Such a lovely experience, and the host was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was great to talk with him about his van experience, and I appreciate him setting up the extra passenger seats for us to experience how that feels in the space. The van was surprisingly easy to drive, and the layout was top-notch. I actually loved the bed lift, and it's making me seriously consider this layout now for my own future van!
