The trailer is spacious with the slide out extended. It has signs of wear from use (furniture trim, sofa material peeling off, TV mount not secure) but nothing to affect a weekend trip if your using it for sleeping and time for cooling off. The sofa folds down into a large bed with a fold out mattress to add on top. There is a bar in the middle that you can feel. Half of the mattress closest to the front of the trailer is more firm, and the other half closest to the door is more plush. I might bring an additional thin foam mattress to compensate, but nothing out of the ordinary for travel trailer mattresses.

Kenrick was a great host, very friendly and helpful, with very reasonable expectations for using his trailer. it's well kept and was great to stay in for our trip.
