Girls Trip to the Texas Beach!! We four ladies had ample space and luxury in this RV. With 2 full baths, a master bedroom, bunk room, outdoor kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge, and swing-out gas grill, you have EVERYTHING at your fingertips to make those wonderful memories. Paz and her husband, Rick, had the RV set up perfectly when we rolled in. Rick even backed up and then quickly unloaded our U-Haul trailer. He didn't have to do that, but he did, and it was greatly appreciated after our driving 9 hours. Could not recommend Paz and Rick or this RV more. Superb service and the RV is spectacular!! Even comes with linens and a nicely stocked kitchen!! Great Job, Paz and Rick!!

This was our second time hanging out with Sandpiper on the beach. Our kids love it and we always have plenty of room. Paz and her husband are great.

The hosts are extremely reliable - they were very responsive to our texts and put any concerns we had to ease quickly. They were on time with the handover and set up (and set up really quickly!) and also on time to take back the RV - something we appreciated very greatly.

The camper was nice and spacious, a few little things here and there but ok. Our problem was upon finishing our trip and the owners picking up the camper we pointed out to them the dining table chairs had been previously damaged. Both owners told us yes they knew that a prior renter had a party took them outside and broke the legs and scratched them all up. They both walked into the trailer and looked at the chairs and told us that they knew about the pre existing damage. As a renter we wanted to make sure they knew they had pre existing damage that we did not do. They said "yes a prior renter had party and damaged them". Great, we left thinking all was great and it was a great trip. Upon our return home we are charged $100 for damage to the chairs. We text the owners and told them they acknowledge the damage, they tried to tell us no, that it had different damage on them. Attached is a picture that we even took showing the damages, scratches and someone had tried to put screws in the chairs to fix them but they were still unstable to sit in and damaged by prior renters. So, they charged prior renters for the damage and charged us too. They are getting money for existing damage they have already collected on and that we did not do at all. This is horrible customer service to double dip charging renters. Renters beware!!!

Hello Don. It was an unfortunate circumstance that the chair was broken during your rental and that you have to pay for it. However, your review is unfair and totally NOT TRUE. Please consider the following points:
1. The chair was NOT BROKEN when we delivered the RV to you. This is one reason why you should have been there during the delivery walk through. We delivered on time per your request.
2. This statement in your review, "yes a prior renter had party and damaged them", was part of our conversation that your took out of context . We realized that the chair you broke was not the same chair that was "scratched" by a previous renter. When we did the walk through upon pickup, you propped the broken chair against the wall to look like it was not broken at all, hence the reason why we thought all was fine and dandy before you left. It was not until we got home and I was cleaning the RV when I moved the chair and the leg was not even attached to the rest of it.
3. The screws that were on the chair were NOT there when we delivered the RV to you. They looked shiny and new, and were haphazardly put on. They were not even screwed all the way unto the wood indicating that they were freshly put in just before we picked the RV up from you.
4. We have NOT CHARGED any renter for minor damages that we can easily fix and OUTDOORSY CAN ATTEST to that since all charges go through them. We did not double dip by charging any other renter before you for the damage that happened during your rental.
5. We did not charge the whole amount of your deposit ($100 out of $500) despite the fact that it is difficult to find a matching chair. We need to replace the whole set instead.

We had great family time in Sandpiper staying beach side in Port Aransas. Paz and her husband were Super friendly and accommodating. We look forward to booking with them again.

WONDERFUL!!! They are the sweetest family! They went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! There were some issues on our end with our RV park and Paz absolutely helped us out and figured out a solution. Most people would not have taken the time. The RV was equipped with everything! Our friends and family could not stop talking about how wonderful the RV was. We will for sure rent this again as it will become our annual Father’s Day trip! I highly recommend the Sandpiper!

We had an great time on our trip. The RV was very nice, clean and well stocked with the essentials. It was delivered, set up, then picked up afterwards, which made our trip stress free for us. Beds were comfortable, the air was cold, and the refrigerator is full size so we had plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and we all had plenty of room to sleep and move around, not to mention 2 full bathrooms! I will definitely rent this one again.
