The owners were very nice and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. The camper was clean and overall well cared for. The canvas had no rips or holes, though there were some minor cosmetic issues where it had come untucked from the frame in small spots near the door and some Velcro was missing by the door on the inside. The A/C worked great.When we arrived at our campsite, we also discovered the camper’s battery was dead. This meant the electric lift didn’t work, we had no interior lights for the first night, and we were woken up at 6 a.m. by the carbon monoxide detector going off due to the battery issue. Thankfully, we were camping with friends who had a 7-pin connection and a trickle charger, which allowed us to both set up the camper and recharge the battery enough for the return. Without that help, the camper would not have been usable.

Excellent experience and host was very accommodating for pickup and drop off. They provided instructions on setup and answers questions on hookup, electrical and imparted video links for support while on road.
