I had a very disappointing experience renting this RV and would not recommend booking with this host.
From the beginning, communication was challenging and unhelpful, leading to multiple stressful phone calls both before pickup and prior to drop-off. Upon receiving the RV, I found significant pre-existing interior damage, including issues with the upholstery, general interior, and kitchen appliances.
To make matters worse, the onboard generator was completely non-functional. I spent valuable vacation time on the phone with the host trying to troubleshoot the issue, but we were unable to get it working, which caused major inconveniences for my family throughout our trip.
When it came time to return the vehicle, the host was not present for drop-off. Afterward, he contacted me demanding additional money for cleaning—despite the fact that I had already paid a $150 cleaning fee upfront.
Overall, the combination of poor vehicle condition, equipment failure, difficult communication, and unreasonable post-trip demands made for a terrible rental experience. I will not be renting from this host again.
