Overall, we had a somewhat mixed experience. The owner was responsive, communicated well, and accommodated our requested pick-up time, which we appreciated. All major systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.) worked properly.The RV needed a thorough deep cleaning. Old dog food left under the sink caused a major odor throughout the RV, and the cabinets and bunk area contained a significant amount of dirt and debris. Nearly all the window blinds were broken, the A/C leaked water from the roof, the main mattress was worn out, and missing wood trim above the bed left exposed screws and nails. A family member bumped their head on the exposed hardware, creating a legitimate safety hazard.

The motorhome was a little bit older and beat up in spots, but it was a 7 year old rig. Overall, a good experience. The air conditioning worked great! We would rent from Roseville RV Rentals again.

As our first time RV camping, I wanted to be able to give my baby a bath as she has severe eczema. I was bummed out that the hot water wasn’t working. I even asked my friend to take a look because the host took a while to respond back. It also seemed like there was a leak in the sewage because every time I would go out, it smelled like it was wreaking. I also woke up one morning to a trail of ants on my toddler and baby’s pillow. I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from.

It was good, I wish they had a two night deal, but it’s three night minimum for the weekends. It’s everything they said in the quote. ‘Dry’ camping means no electricity, they provided a good little quiet generator for electricity that was nice. Might rent the rv next time a little more expensive than the trailer but it looks nice, thank you Kaci :):)
