Stephanie was very nice and flexible with pickup and drop off time. The only things that this rv lacked was a refrigerator that works and a hot water heater that worked. I had to get my own fridge to store my food and also had to use the neighbors rv to take a hot shower, other than that everything else was fine. I was a couple hours late on return and when i told her about the broken things we agreed to call it even about being late and i would omit the broken things from my review but i was still charged 100$ for late drop off so i must leave an honest review. Not bad but definitely not perfect. I recommend checking these things before picking up this rv.
