Hi! I'm Stacy. My wife, Libby, is in the pic beside me. We are 2 outdoors-loving people always looking for the next adventure. We love National Parks, getting off grid and finding something new to us. We don't have any children, unless you count our two awesome fur babies! Our dogs travel with us sometimes, though we also get away by ourselves just as often.

This is the most TERRIBLE experience I have ever have to deal with. When I met up with the HOST Stacy, he was nice and gave information about the trailer. he gave me and my son a tour of the trailer.First was the AC that was blowing warm air, so he replaced it with a portable AC that was just installed the same day. Second the Bathroom smells so bad that he told me that it always smells so just opened the vent. I placed air freshener and did not do anything. The generator was left in his storage that he had to go back and get. Then I realized the jack handle to keep the trailer level was not in the RV., so he had to go back again inside the storage and get it, including the RV Chock and generator was also missing. He also mentioned to me that the 7-pin connector that he was going to bring was not there, so I have to purchased one myself. My kids were excited to I went ahead and left with it.The night we drove the RV, the tire blew out and we ended up swerving in the freeway and the entire rim, tire and bolt bearing broke off. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere and the roadside assistance could not get to us and even find a tire replacement because it was late already. Roadside assistance from Outdoorsy told me to call for Highway Patrol (CHP) to keep us safe. The CHP saw the condition of the trailer and decided to call a tow truck because the location where the RV was stuck on was highly dangerous. Outdoorsy told me to let the host know that we have to follow what the CHP ordered to do. The HOST Stacy even spoke to the CHP and agreed to get it towed since roadside assistance ig going to take long to get to our location. We waited for the tow truck to pick up the RV and Highway Patrol (CHP) told us to leave already and let the HOST take care of the RV., also give the Host the phone number and location of the yard.I have given all the information and location to Outdoorsy as well as the HOST of the RV. The host decided to charge me an abandoned FEE of $606 because of where the location of the RV. Do they expect me to stay in the yard with my 4 kids and wait there to get it fixed!?When the Highway Patrol (CHP) said it is not a quick fix! All of our belongings were so DUSTY when we moved it from the RV to my van. Whatever he did to it made all of the dirt go inside, it was all over the bed, our linens and duffle bags.THIS RV WAS NOT READY at ALL. Those tires should have been replaced due to the threads showing on the other side. It did NOT have a spear tire also and was expecting me to pay for it if roadside assistance were to bring me one. I put my kids at risk and I was afraid that we could have flip sideways on the highway with the RV.
Outdoorsy have been checking on us and so many agents have called me about the situation and location of the RV. Every single day of my trip, but the HOST STACY told me that I never responded to Outdoorsy and that the RV is somewhere racking up fees. THIS RV should not be rented out due to its condition. My kids were excited to nothing. DO NOT RENT THIS RV BEWARE! THIS IS SO UNSAFE!!!

Stacy is an amazing host and great communicator! We had in excellent time in his 23’ Milan travel trailer traveling the intermountain west. It was the perfect RV for the job. Will rent again!

Our experience with Stacy's trailer was awesome ! It was delivered on time and picked up on time. He parked it where we asked and set everything up for us! Checked on us to see if we needed any more additional help. Stacy was very professional and friendly.

Stacy was super responsive, friendly and helpful. He walked us through the whole trailer making sure we had no questions before the trip. Seriously, we had the best vacation in this trailer! As newbies to the travel trailer lifestyle, traveling with 2 dogs, it was great to have Stacy make us feel so at ease beginning to end! Would definitely recommend!

The RV has been renovated and is very cozy. Upon arrival at the pick up location we received a run down of how everything works and the host is absolutely helpful and kind. Will be renting again soon!

Working with Stacy was great, he is accommodating and responds quickly. If not for that it would be a 2 star review. The title reads "Newly Renovated" but it was far from that, we were extremely disappointed with the RV. The pictures show an awning, however upon delivery Stacy said the wind ripped it off and they never replaced it. Had we known in advance we would have chosen a different RV. Stacy did not leave a key so we could not lock up our belongings when we were away from our site. He left 2 partial rolls of toilet paper, that were dirty. We had no intention of using the oven, which I am glad because it was filthy. In fact the last renters left a message in the dust. The blinds, curtains, walls, dishes in the cabinet, everything was dusty and dirty. The chairs provided were so dusty we did not pull them out of the compartment. When renting an RV we should not have to clean things before using them. The black tank was not completely empty and the valve was left partially open so when we went to hookup and take the cap off, the contents of the black tank came running out on us. The bathroom faucet was extremely loose, but at least it worked. There is a lift up countertop by the kitchen sink, but it had no leg to hold it up, so there was no room to prepare food. The refrigerator took 12 hours before it started cooling and 24 hours to reach full temperature, so we had to buy ice and use a cooler. The freezer started cooling right away, but we did not have frozen food so it didn't matter. Stacy said it came with 4 towels, but there were only 2. The ad stated an outside shower, but that was locked and no key provided. It would appear that only sheets were changed and the RV swept out after the last renters. From the pictures in the ad, it looked amazing compared to others, but the pictures were definitely deceiving. Many things did not affect our trip, but if you are going to advertise as "newly renovated" I would expect things to be in better condition.

We had a great trip and the trailer was a great add to the experience. We had zero issues and just enjoyed our time out in Valley of Fire.

We enjoyed having a travel trailer to enjoy the national parks and to be able to have freedom and mobility with some cost effective options for food. The trailer had all the necessary features for our adventure.

Excellent host very helpful, he made our first rv trip very memorable. Trailer is nicely updated, clean. Minor issues but, perfect for this price. I and my brother in law rented 2 trailers and we were very satisfied.
