This was my first time renting an RV and I must say I've been very pleased with the experience and will do it again. Right from the very first email exchanges I could feel thing were lining up right. Robert, knowledgeable & experienced, provided me with lots of helpful details about the RV such that I can better prepare for the day I'll be taking it on a trip. He answered all my questions clearly and quickly, I never had to worry about anything. On the day he delivered the RV, he showed me nearly everything about the RV such that safely operate and enjoy about every little thing this motor home has to offer. As this was my first time driving a class A, he took me on the road and give me helpful tips and coach me to ensure I know what to expect and how to handle the drive. The unit is in perfect condition, easy to drive and setup. It has lots of storage space and came with all the necessary things you would hope to find, from a bottle opener through dishes & food containers, soap, cloths, bags, camping chairs and campfire sticks! We spent 2 weeks travelling, often in the wild, along with our 2 and 6 years old kids. There is simply no better ways to cover distance without breaking the kids daily routine and giving you peace of mind later in the night enjoying time around the fire pit!

Holy cow, I cannot say enough about Robert (and Karen) for their helpfulness, professionalism and care for customers. If I could chose 6 stars I would. For our first experience this was simply awesome. They added extra items to fill the gaps. They stored our car indoors. Frankly, I don't think it will be beat. Robert was thorough in our orientation and took us on a test drive. He wanted us to have a good time and his rig to be safe. We chatted a couple times during the trip and he was very supportive. He helped us out when there was no propane available on our return. He was very concerned for our safety and that the unit worked well. I have no problem recommending this unit to anyone. I can only sum it up as WOW what a great experience. He even is going to deliver a lost jacket that we left in the unit!! Thanks Robert and Karen!
