Haven was incredibly responsive and communicative during the booking process. Her van was perfect for my trip in Colorado. The amenities were as listed and everything functioned well. 10/10 would recommend and rebook!

This was the perfect van for our trip to Aspen! Haven was super responsive to communication and helped answer quick questions we had in regards to operating the van.

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this booking was confirmed without my approval due to a system oversight—despite my settings being configured to require manual approval. The reservation came through less than a week before the requested dates, during a time when my van was undergoing routine maintenance, and I was unable to accommodate the trip as a result.
