This was an excellent trailer, perfect for just me. Karen was easy to work with, and very accommodating. I was her first Outdoorsy rental customer, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently. We met at the Wal Mart in BG (her idea), saving me time driving up to Yacolt. Aside from some minor "dings" on the outside, the trailer was in excellent condition. I had an issue lighting the frig, and reached-out to her. We solved the problem over the phone instantly (Operator error!). I dry-camp, and had to charge the battery while there (easily done by backing-up my truck and plugging it in!). The return was even better than the pick-up. She had an appointment in Portland, and stopped-by my house in Vancouver on the way home to pick it up. Again, saving me time & energy, and demonstrating her ability to accommodate when it makes sense. The only reason I gave an overall rating of 4 instead of 5 was because the operating manual for the frig was for a different frig (her other trailer - she has two, rents one). [Simple error that I'm sure has been corrected. :)] I highly recommend Karen and her trailer for your rental needs - you won't be disappointed!
