Our experience was excellent. Great communication. Very convenient pickup location and process. We were thoroughly instructed on set up. All the parts necessary for safe campsite parking were included. The camper was clean, sanitized, and in great mechanical shape. Would be happy to do again!

Heather and Leigh were wonderful to work with. Heather always got back to me right away to answer any questions that I had about the camper. Having previously rented RV's for 12 years privately, this was my first experience online. Heather and Leigh made the process go smoothly and the camper worked out great for me and my 2 teenage boys. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip at Rollins Pond in the Adirondacks with family. A wonderful experience!

Excellent! Great camper and incredible service from Heather and her husband Leigh. They met us at the campground a few minutes ahead of us and were a pleasure to deal with. Leigh set up the camper and showed us how things work and said if we have any issues to call and they’d come help. It was a perfect trip thanks to Heather and Leigh. We can’t say enough about great they were!

Great experience with Heather and her husband. They were invaluable in solving a trailer hitch snafu, demonstrating set-up of the trailer and were overall pleasant to interact with, as they sent us on our way.

Camper slept 4 comfortably. It was clean and easily accessible. Loved the outdoor gas grill!

The RV was exactly what we were expecting and Heather and company were extremely responsive, helpful, and for an extra charge setup and took down the RV for us. They were wonderful people and almost invited them to camp with us next time were up in Rollins Pond. We just don't know when we are going again. I would recommend renting with Heather. I hardly ever write reviews
