Pickup process was not very organized.
It was difficult to agree on a time with the host as he had some scheduling conflicts. Although we did a walk around the host did not provide any of the paperwork or app process for sign off. Also neglected to provide the registration or insurance information. After I drove off I realized this was missing, contacted the host and he informed where they were. I also then went to the app and filled out the necessary paperwork.

We recently had the opportunity to rent this RV, and I must say it was an incredibly positive experience. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and convenient.
The RV was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities.
