While the RV had a nice layout there were far too many problems for our week long summer trip to be enjoyable. There was ABSOLUTELY no air conditioning, there was no hot water for a shower, propane flow problems, only one of the four charger ports worked, screen door was broken with a 5 inch by 7 inch gap where a piece of plastic was missing for bugs to fly in. Scratches and dents down both sides of the vehicle.
There was no meaningful response from owner with help for any of these problems, especially the lack of ANY AIR CONDITIONING in 95 degree weather. It seems that this vehicle receives very little maintenance even though the photos make it look fine. Would never rent from this owner again.

The RV is very comfortable and kept in great condition. Hein was available when we had questions. We would rent this RV from him again without hesitation.

Hien was a great host. Communicated well, knowledgeable about his RV. He made us feel very comfortable hitting the road in his RV. We had some minor bugs pop up on the RV during our trip - nothing that negatively effected our experience. Each time Hien was very timely and helpful with his responses. He also made the pick-up and drop-off very easy which was a real bonus for somebody flying in and out. We would rent from Hien again hands down.

I rented for 4 days 3 nights what a great experience the owner what a great host from beginning to end. The RV was exactly in the way that was described. Everything was great and we had a great time my family and me traveling to Centralia Washington. Great experience
