Great experience! Mike who delivered it was awesome and easy to talk to! The beds were amazingly comfortable! A bit too small for my family of 4, not much room to cook and my husband couldn’t fit in the shower. But overall it was really nice!

For the most part it was a good experience. RV was clean and communication was good. They rented it knowing that the stabilizer system was broken, which i was weary about but ultimately ok with. Well, one of the stabilizers started to drop to the point that it was hitting the ground on any little bump on the highway. Called host and they apologized and said it would be ok. it got so bad I had to stop at a Walmart, buy tools, release the hydraulic lines and pry it back into position and strap in place In 90 degree weather. Then at the campground the shore power wouldnt work, took me hours trying to diagnose and ultimately getting a mechanic to come out was fixed 2 days later ( I paid the bill for $600) we did have generator power but had tent campers right next to us so it created a rift at camp. they reimbursed me for what I spent and didnt charge me for bringing the rv back 1/4 full. I expected a little more of a refund due to the stress and hassle of this situation. but overall it was a good experience.

One of the best owners I've ever dealt with—responsive, super friendly, and genuinely helpful. Due to a misunderstanding, my RV booked elsewhere got canceled at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to find an available rig on the final afternoon of my trip. Jehad and his guy Mike were incredibly nice, helping me pick up the vehicle just before the RV storage lot closed for the day. Thanks to them, I was able to continue my journey. I can't thank them enough! The gray and black tanks were full, but that wasn't the owner's fault—I didn't leave them any time to prep the vehicle, and the previous renter simply hadn't emptied them before returning it.

Jehad is a good dude. renting from him is a breeze. I'm going to keep him and his company in mind next time we rent a trailer. this was our first time renting a trailer and he and his team made it easy. definitely rent from this guy!
