About Luqman's RV rentals

Outdoors. Nature. Excitement. That's what I thought when venturing outside my home into the tall grass and huge trees. I found it to be true, but with it was accompanied many bug bites, maybe a few stings, and damp clothes when sweating in a tent all night. That's why going outdoors with a nice, cool, and comfy RV just makes the outdoors tempered to adventurous as we want it to be and why I am presenting these cool RVs for everyone to enjoy!

Experience was less than expected. The A/C in the back vehicle did not work properly which led to a very uncomfortable ride for our 6 children. Messaged the owner with no response. The TV also did not work which was unfortunate for the price we paid. Communication with the owner was less than ideal and had to resend messages that were left unanswered for a period of time. Will not use outdoorsy ever again for our rental needs. You should choose your vendors more closely and hold them to a higher standard.

We rented this to get my father, who is on oxygen, to our vacation location. Asked if there were plugs in the vehicle that would enable us to plug in his machine. We were told there were several. None worked so we had to use oxygen tanks. Were never able to connect to Wi-Fi so we also not able to use the TV. Asked owner for help with no assistance with either of these issues. Had tons of trouble with the toilet even though we barely used it. We did empty the tank but were charged since they said we didn’t. Had to buy our own hose to fill the water tank which was not full when we got it. We called the 24 hours roadside assistance. They were no help with the toilet and said we need to contact the owner. We did and again received no help or guidance. I could go on and on. Bottom line is the owner doesn’t know anything about this vehicle or how anything works. It was a very stressful trip and extremely taxing on my poor father. We rented this to provide a relaxing and safe way to get him to his last vacation. That did not happen.

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Luqman and team were exceptional, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. I will certainly be renting from them again. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You won’t regret renting through them.
