Eric and Gemma were very responsive in emails before our trip, reassuring us that our concerns were met. There was a minor problem with the RV that they rectified before our trip started, and were supportive when we had a question about the operation during the trip to the Rockies.
Overall they made it a very pleasing experience that we would gladly do again.

This was our first experience renting an RV and everything was amazing; the owners were easy to work with and very responsive to questions, requests, etc both prior to and during our trip. The RV was as-advertised and perfect for our family of 4 (and 2 small dogs), everything ran and worked well during our trip; the only exception was that the awning was damaged by a previous renter so it wasn’t available for use during our trip, but the owners disclosed this prior to our trip (and gave us the option to cancel, which we didn’t) and even let us take their personal easy-up canopy in case we needed shade. I would definitely rent this unit again and recommend to others.

We rented the RV to go visit Valley View Hot Springs in Moffat CO. Having an RV made the trip amazing and convenient. We loved the hot springs and took the RV to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Would recommend Gemma and Eric to anyone looking to rent an RV. They were communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Thank you! Hope to rent it again :)
