We love exploring Northern California from our home here in the Bay Area. Within hours, we can get to the snow capped peaks of Lake Tahoe, the sunny Napa Valley with endless options for wine, food and hiking adventures, the foggy cliffs of Mendocino, the always magical Big Sur, and of course spectacular Yosemite National Park. We rented Dora for Burning Man and she kept us safe, sound, and dry! Dora is older but she gets the job done and will keep you comfortable. The air conditioner that runs off of the generator for the back of the van is super cold!! The battery and pump for the interior lights and water worked well. The bed was comfortable and cozy and plenty big for 2 adults. The black/gray tanks were easy to empty and came with clear instructions. Jia was easy to communicate with, quick to respond to all of our questions, and helped us figure how to safely care for Dora in the desert!!

We had a great time driving Dora around northern California! Did a big loop up from San Francisco to Lassen Volcanic National Park, west to the redwoods, and then down the Pacific Coast Highway. Dora handled it all with no problems, just only so fast you can go uphill!

First timer here. Great experience. Great communication with host Jia. Easy to drive. Had some blind spots but the side mirrors help you see. Being 6’1” I fit inside. Any taller would be close. Bed fit also and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Cooking area was tight and me and my girlfriend kept bumping into each other but I’m counting that as a good thing.

"This was our first time renting a vacation vehicle and it was a great experience. David and Natalie are incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, really the best. They reviewed the in's and out's of the RV very thoroughly on pick up and helped us while on our journey as well. The RV itself is top of the line. If you have never driven a diesel RV you are in for a treat. All systems worked well and the bed is super comfortable. We had a luxurious time from start to finish.
