I hope my experience with Giuliano was an aberration, but this was a disaster for me. First, on the day of my rental, I showed up at the RV park at 9am where I was instructed to go and given the passcode by Giuliano – only to be told by the RV park manager that I wasn't allowed to take the RV off the lot (or even be there) because rentals are not allowed, and the owner needed to be present to release the vehicle. The owner wasn't reachable by phone, app, or email for hours, all while I waited at the RV park with the staff, my trip now delayed by hours. I had been dropped off by an Uber in the middle of nowhere in Brighton, so I was also stranded without a return ride home if I couldn't get the van.

All in all a good experience. I would just reccomend to rent it out with a full tank of gas instead of a 1/4 and also a full reservoir of washer fluid instead of empty. The oil change light was also on. The awning is missing a leg and the bug screens are torn. But a great way to experience van life for a weekend!

We had a great time. Easy to drive, pretty comfortable for sleeping too! It has definitely been well-loved, but if you’re looking for substance over style, this one’s a winner :)

Great deal for unlimited miles. Host responsive and understanding. Van in good mechanical condition. A little tricky to figure out how everything works and where it goes but once you do it is easy to navigate.

Van was ok, registration was expired and there were dash warnings all the time for tire pressure, oil change, and seat belt service, which didn’t inspire confidence. Drove fine despite that.

The van was great and had everything we needed. Slept in it 2 nights and had no problems. Perfect for a weekend of camping in Colorado. We would definitely book again.
