It was the layout for what we needed to provide private spaces for my colleague and I. The air conditioning unit was top notch and when the nights were cold, the fireplace provided more than enough heat.
Kurtis is very nice and easy to work with, but I really wish that the unit would have been cleaner.
It was evident that the toilet had not been cleaned properly in a while, still had urine on it from the last renter and the bathroom itself had just been barely cleaned.
I also washed the filters for the AC unit, because they needed it.
Bring a mattress support pad for the queen bed, because there isn’t much to the one that is in the unit, which is not their fault, it just is what it is.
Also, there is no remote control for the tv, so bring a universal one if you don’t want to try to navigate it just using the buttons.
Overall the camper worked out for us, mechanically it was sound, and there were no major issues.

Kurtis did a great job. Answered all 100 of my annoying questions, did exactly what he said he was going to do and provided a great experience. If he is a few dollars more than other people, I would suggest paying it. 5 stars!!!

Owner kept the $500 security deposit for a blind that didn’t work when it was delivered and broken sink faucet handles. The sink was not used at all during our rental.
