The RV had no problem going through the mountains. It was a little louder than we expected inside, lots of rattling going down the road. Several doors kept opening, so we put bungee cords on them to help. The slide out bed was pretty comfortable. The couch bed and overhead bed worked well for our grandkids. The TV and DVD player was a nice option. I like organization, so I put baskets in several of the cabinets to help find things. It would be helpful to have them in the pantry area, as it was hard to know what was where and the silverware drawer could use an organizer instead of it being in a bag. We had a good trip and enjoyed having the Motorhome. I ended up being sick for most of the trip so being able to have some comforts of home was nice. It was clean, except for some sheets that I think got missed when stuff was cleaned. They let us pick up the RV a couple hours early which was nice. They were very responsive to any questions we had.

Liz was our point of contact she was wonderful to work with. She even took the time to let us look at a couple of different rigs that they had on the lot. The RV was easy to drive and came stocked with basic necessities. We had a wonderful trip in Colorado!

This RV is old and beat down. Many parts of the RV were broken and falling apart. The owners are not very responsive and failed to notify us of some important information about the RV, which made our trip unpleasant. They're only reponse was "oops I guess he forgot to mention that". We were also charged more for the overage in miles than stated in the agreement. I wished I had reserved a different RV, from a different vendor for our trip.

What an amazing first time RV Rental experience! Liz was very communicative and answered multiple questions prior to the rental and even offered to add blankets to the RV given the route of our trip. We spent 7 days touring around Colorado and not a single issue. It had all of the essentials and then some (camp chairs, plenty of linens, full assortment of cookware, etc). The RV itself ran great and is a beast with the additional solar power so you truly can go off grid! We had 4 adults in our group and made some amazing family memories. Felt very spacious and the sofa across from the dinette gave us plenty of ‘hang out’ space too. Thanks so much to NOCO RV Sales for making this such a great experience! Already looking forward to the next time.

All in all it was a very pleasant experience. The RV was old and a little shaky but pretty clean and everything was working just fine. It had all the cooking supplies and plates, a decent fridge/freezer, sheets, blankets and towels.
The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is the high mileage rate - just 100 miles per day and $0.80 for every additional mile.

The camper was clean and in excellent condition. No unexpected costs. Delivered and set up nicely on my location before I arrived, taken away after I left. Effortless on my part. Highly recommend, definitely would rent again.
