About Riana's RV rentals
My husband Jonathan and I are military brats who are also veterans. We enjoyed moving from station to station. We currently reside in California and are constantly discovering new places within this state. We have crossed the country twice and are always looking for opportunities to do it again. RV'ing has become our new passion that we want to share with everyone. Our family has found that camping and roadtrips are the best ways to make memories.

Johnathan and Riana were very friendly and great hosts. The trailer was clean and well kept. We will definitely be renting this trailer again!

This RV is and has been perfect for our family. This is the second time we’ve used this trailer for our annual Halloween trip in Vail KOA. Riana and her husband are so very nice and accommodating. We will reserve again next year!

The trailer was wonderful and nicely stocked with games, tent, cooking utensils and more. The owners were wonderful esp. When it was hard to make changes and get ahold of outdoorsey. I would deff recommend this RV.

Our experience with renting from Riana went very well. Her husband walked us through the trailer outside and in to let us know exactly where everything was that we would need. They let us know how to contact them while we were gone and if we needed anything to just give them a call or send them a message through the app. They have movies and games in the trailer that offers anyone who is going to rent it some other entertainment. Overall it was a good experience renting this trailer.

We had a great time in this trailer. Having had our own trailers in the past, it was nice to have it stocked like it was our own. Riana and her husband were so nice and helpful. Even though I was running late to meet them. Thank you for sharing your trailer with us!

If you want to rent from a Owner who will take advantage of you at the end of the trip with unreasonable surprises, this is your person. Communication was bad in the beginning. Right after the booking was complete, I didn't hear from the owner in weeks as I was trying to plan and prepare for my trip. The Trailer was somewhat clean but far from perfect. I even spotted sand on the floor when picking up and made attention to the owner. Because Burning Man has a bad name for rental companies like outdoorsy because it is the biggest event of the year for them, they have Owners take advantage of the renters by charging more and adding additional fees. Its highway robbery. I had a professional detailing company clean the inside and outside of the trailer and the only reason why the owner was not happy is because she noticed that I went to burning man on her GPS. I returned the Trailer in a better condition and she still took my security deposit. Then charged me for unreasonable charges like a Burning Man feel but on her listing she allows music festivals and renting out to the desert. Very contradicting. Then she charged me for maintenance which should be the owners responsibility. I had to add oil in the generator because there was none. I had to empty the black and grey tanks before our destination and about 1/4 tank was emptied. This is definitely a owner who takes advantage of someone rather noticing "Wow, this rental really took good care of my trailer." As the detailers were cleaning the trailer, they were also cleaning the AC vents and the clip was broken or broke off during the cleaning. It should be a $20-30 part but this owner is charging me $100 with no receipt. I paid with this reservation a $150 cleaning fee or change to new renter fee and had it professionally detailed and after we returned it in prestine order, they still were charging us a $600 cleaning fee. One last thing, they offer Military Discount on the listing, they didn't even give that to me. I don't recommend working with people like this.

I was skeptical when booking online without actually seeing the RV but I was pleasantly surprised. The RV was perfect! clean, roomy and had 1 1/2 bathrooms! I love music and having outside speakers was a pleasant bonus. Communication with Jonathan and Riana was clear and pleasant. The attention to detail they put into personalizing (provided coffee, pasties and typed our name on their instruction book) our stay was comforting. Thank you for sharing your sturdy, beautiful and clean RV!
