Do not rent from this host! The first vehicle we booked didn’t have a working generator upon pickup which delayed our trip. After several hours, the host put us in this RV that was unsafe and falling apart. We blew a tire on a busy California highway on day one. The roadside tech. Told us the host put us in a very dangerous, moving weapon. We had to take time out of our trip to go to a tire shop and have 5 tires replaced. The owner paid for them over the phone. And several days later disputed the charge with his bank. That is just the beginning. There is a problem with the draining of the black tank so the whole back of the RV stinks like sewer and leaks out onto the floor during transit. The host calls this RV “pure luxury” in his ad, which is a blatant lie. It is not maintained and is seriously run down. The bathroom door is falling off and offers no privacy, the water connector is broken so we couldn’t hook to water and the list goes on. It was also filthy when we got and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We had daily issues with it.

Trailer needs a lot of work. Two of the cabinets were busted out, the leather near the table is cracked and needs to be repaired, the master mattress is very old and gross, the check engine light was on. The outside of the trailer was filthy and there was still food in the sink drain. The trailer leaks water if connected to a water supply. Overall it was not what we expected to rent based on the listed pictures.

The RV was fine for our purposes, however, I don't think I would enjoy it as a vacation vehicle. We used it as a mobile platform to support our son as he ran the Cocodona 250 (a mountain trail marathon from Phoenix to Flagstaff). The unit is sufficiently appointed for a week's travel. There were some maintenance issues (loose muffler, cross-threaded water filter, LED lights that mal-functioned, loose exterior molding) that need to be addressed, but they did not hamper our use of the vehicle.

Enrique provided excellent service during our RV rental. He was helpful and took the time to explain everything, making the experience smooth for us. The RV, under his care, was easy to use and well-maintained. I appreciate his assistance and would recommend renting from him.
