Sara is a good communicator. She kept in touch throughout pre-rental period. She and Jesse are a good combination. He was excellent going over unit, and describing set-up and breakdown of trailer(be sure and take notes if you are a newbie). Jesse is good at including valuable details of how not to fold-up unit, as well as describing what is helpful to enjoy camping experience(he is also a personable individual). I would definitely recommend this for value and experience to families, or grandparents wanting to entertain their charge's. Unit pulls nicely, but not too small of a truck or SUV, especially if you are going to climb (my Tundra did fine). The trailer-brakes are a must, and performed just as described by Jesse. The A/C, bathroom, as well as Microwave are nice luxuries. Really enjoyed the surround dinette/pull-out. I am tall(6'3") and was able to stretch-out in corner and read, while wife cooked . Plenty of room inside unit for multiple activities. Having a generator, or an electrical hook-up at a campground is important(keeping battery charged for night use lighting, radio, et al...). Overall, nice unit and definitely a good memory!

Sara and Jesse were great. They were very accommodating and helpful. They spent over an hour going over the camper with us. The camper was as advertised and everything was clean and worked well. I'm looking forward to our next trip and renting this camper

Great couple with a great RV unit. We rented thinking we were getting a "tent trailer" and this unit is impressive. The family kept commenting on how well it is made and how good it looks. At night, the awning was out, and the LED lighting was on and it looks really classy. The unit pulled really well with no sway. Easy up and down to set up. This rental was well worth the money.
