This is my 3rd time renting this unit. It’s perfectly set up and pick up and drop off are a breeze. Mark is an excellent host. Excellent communication, messages are answered almost immediately. RV had some damage from previous renters which was communicated to me in advance and did not impact operations or our comfort. I would complete recommend Mark’s rentals and Outdoorsy.

We had a really great time with the Campervan of Mark.
The Camper was all through reliable was despite putting serious miles on it. Mark has installed a solar system which worked perfect. Sometimes a little slower on cloudy days or in the night 🤪. So with the big batteries charged during daytime we could use his installed fridge. Everything really worked perfectly. There were some more electric goodies like a generator or vacuum cleaner or fan in the ceiling to make stiffi air move out.
The campervan is easy and relaxing to drive
It was perfect for our trip

Mark was an excellent host. He did a good orientation so we had no problems. The RV ran really well with enough power to go over the many mountain passes in BC. We slept 5 people in the RV. There were dishes, cutlery, etc. and a coffee maker. The fridge/freezer worked great. Overall it was a good experience.

Was great dealing with Mark, quick to respond and very helpful. Was the perfect size for our family of four with lots of room. Was really sweet to have some drinks and wine ready for us in the fridge. We would definitely rent with Mark again.

We recently rented an RV through Mark for a 2 night trip, and the experience was fantastic. Mark was friendly, professional, and made everything very easy from start to finish. The RV was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described.

Overall, the van was okay, but unfortunately we experienced a few issues during our trip.The battery didn’t last through the first night, despite the van being in the sun all day charging via solar and batteries being full charged on pick up, and we were woken up by low battery alarms at 2am. The battery was not able to run a full night for the rest of the trip even with using our friends van for everything else electrical except out fridge. A fitting broke just before our arrival when the host was filling the tank, so we didn’t have a working sink for the entire trip.

Older model, tidy, spacious motorhome was great for my stay at an event. Drop off and pickup of motorhome was perfect for what I needed. Mark was very friendly, and super helpful.

Mark 32ft RV was lovely and had everything that you need to use it. Pots and pans, cutlery, plates etc. it is VERY spacious and drives very well. For sure we will rent again with Mark if we will ever need an RV.

We had a great experience
The RV: a highlight was the easy to access storage. We fit a kayak, 2 bikes, a gas firepit and propane tank, 4 additional camping chairs, 4 life jackets, additional floaties and still only filled half of the capacity. Next time we know we could fit 2 more bikes and an additional kayak or more. It was great to be able to store this all underneath rather than inside as it made for a more comfortable drive...and to have the internal space essentially clear aside from our personal items. The inside was very roomy for our family of 4 with enough space to spread out. We didn't need the convertible bed spaces as our kids fit in the upper bunk area with lots of space to spare. The fridge was large and had plenty of space there as well as the many cupboards. There are even closets with hangers if needed. The provided extra folding table was very handy for setting up outside RV for other activities. Extra folding stools were also provided. Pleasantly easy to drive, surprisingly good on gas.

I believe Marek didn’t intend for any of the events below to happen.We picked up the RV at around 4pm. I found it in inadequate shape but we did not have a back up RV, the campground was already prepaid and we did not want to delay our vacation further. When we test drove, the RV has a tough time starting and the back up camera screen did not light up. We were told that the battery had been charging for a while but it was still blamed and we were given booster cables. We would have refused the RV had we known in advance what condition it was.Once at the campground, I noticed that the bottom back support of the awning had become detached. I pushed the screws back in, tightened them using my fingers and noticed the wood under the vinyl siding was rotten and wet (See photos) which meant we were not going to use the awning. I was hoping the temporary repair would hold until we returned the RV Tuesday. Sadly, when we left for the second part of our trip, and were exploring the beaches of Gibsons along the Ocean Beach Esplanade, we hit a bump and the whole back end of the awning became detached. We feared the whole awning would fall off when we drove so we tied it to the RV using tape and rope. We were very disappointed that we could not start the second leg of our trip exploring the Squamish and Whistler region but we decided it would be best to return the RV two days early so it didn’t fall apart further.

I believe the renters were nice people. I am disappointed that they were disappointed as my goal is to provide 5 stars experience and I do extra steps to provide the best experience possible. I specifically mentioned to the renters not to use awning as it is number one damage can happen on the VACATIONS. By the way Motorhome just came back being rented to Matt , another guest who used awning and drove many kilometers on bumpy gravel road and nothing happened , awning was in perfect shape . We even opened it together make sure it worked properly. So renter story doesn't make sense. By the way I wasn't there so I don't know what happened, however I haven't been notified by the renters that owning got detached when they got to the campsite, only on the day of their coming back. They could easily make it to Whister as they drove back here without problems. And yes, battery was weak and it will be addressed. Not only renter destroyed my awning , he completely took no responsibility .
