Hey there! A little about us…We are a family of 7, business owners, gardeners, hobby farmers, and we have a small animal sanctuary. Making memories are priceless to us. And I’m sure it is for y’all too! We love the outdoors, making memories, and going on the new next adventure. We love this country so much! If it’s our motorhome you rent out, or someone else’s, It makes us happy, Because memories are all we can take with us.

This was our 3rd year doing this trip, and our 1st year with an rv. Nichole’s rv made it an extra fun trip!!

Nichole was very kind and helpful for our family vacation. She was responsive to all questions and went out of her way to help us. She was super sweet to meet and had nice energy. She even accommodated a last minute drop off change that saved me from having to arrange Ubers for my whole family. The rv was clean and comfortable and met all our needs for our trip. Very accommodating!
However, beware of any interactions you may have with the outdoorsy roadside assistance. We ran into technical issue on the road and the outdoorsy team left us stranded in middle of nowhere for hours. They never did anything to help, instead putting it on myself and Nichole to figure out what to do. As a part of a service that I paid for I expected better out of them. I gave five stars to our host Nichole , but zero stars to outdoorsy customer service/ roadside assistance. When we had the issue they left us on the side of the road for five hours and wouldn’t give us any direct call back numbers. Took an hour alone to get one of them on the phone the first time, and they insisted on calling back without giving me a direct line of communication. They couldn’t even give me a straight answer on securing even a ride to get us out of the situation.
So again, yes our host Nichole was awesome and it wasn’t her fault for the one day of bad experience.
I would suggest making sure you have a backup plan of your own in place in case of emergencies and don’t rely on outdoorsy to help you.
In our situation the host ended up going out of her way and coming to rescue us even tho we paid for roadside assistance from outdoorsy in our booking.
Thanks again Nichole for your help, you have a heart of gold.

We enjoyed working with Nichole.
Love that she has a youtube video explaining all of the ins and outs of the motorhome.

Everything was perfect. The RV was in great shape and had everything perfectly in order. Nichole and family were so awesome to work with. We highly recommend using them and can’t wait to go again in the future.

The RV fit our needs well as two families travelling together to Yellowstone, and Nicole was very responsive to our questions as it was our first time renting an RV. The RV was overall in good shape--not perfect, but nothing that caused problems for us. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, and silverware, and there were plenty of towels. The main beds had all the bedding, and all the beds had blankets. If you plan on using the couch or dinette as beds, let Nicole know and she can add more sheets. Would definitely rent again--already thinking about another trip, this time to Zion! :)
I gave mechanical 4 stars because the awning was broken when we had the rental, but there was only one time we would have needed it, so it wasn't a big deal for us.

The host was very accommodating and friendly, and readily answered questions, some of them even after we left on the trip. Video on how to operate certain aspects of the RV was provided and was very helpful. Thanks, Nichole, for helping us have a great vacation!
