The trailer is very poorly constructed. The owner charged us for repairs and a dump fee. He did not respond to messages to him to discuss the broken items and stating that we did dump the tanks. The fridge/freezer stopped working twice. One of the times all the stuff in the freezer thawed/melted. The electric tongue jack worked intermittently. The kitchen sink detached from the kitchen counter with few items in it. The side of the table/couch had partially detached when we picked it up. He screwed it in, but on our trip it came out again. There were two window shades that would not retract.

Austin and his wife were excellent to work with for our vacation plans. They are friendly, professional and respond quickly to questions. The trailer itself was immaculate and exceeded our expectations! There were little touches that personalized our “home home from home for the week”! We have already booked with them again next Summer and will not hesitate to recommend Austin to family and friends! It was worth every penny!

We had an awesome trip and experience in this Family Friendly RV! It had everything we could have hoped for AND more! Outdoor kitchen/griddle and mini-fridge was very nice and super convenient.

The camper was fantastic! Couple of bumps, and learning, since it was brand new, but Austin was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. Would absolutely rent this camper again!

The RV was beautiful and very comfortable. The group using it was working a national dog show event and we had our own dogs. It was great to find a nice, clean, dog friendly place to sleep. Austin answered emails and text messages we had with questions which put our minds at ease. The delivery was right on time and he quickly set everything up and explained how things worked. Other participants asked about our RV as a possibility for lodging instead of a hotel.
