Our review is simply based on whether the host handled a bad situation correctly or not. She did not. Here’s what happened…
We arrived at Tiffany’s camper and it was dirty. 100% dirty. When communicating, Tiffani darn near blamed us. Said it was clean when it left her house that morning. Apparently her and our version of clean were very different…. toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, dirty sinks and sandy floors. After a back and forth she did offer to come clean the camper but said it would take her 30-40 minutes to get there. At that point we were already cleaning so we told her thanks but we would just prefer a discount for the cleaning. Her discount was far from what seemed appropriate. Outdoorsy got involved and made it right. This was our first time using outdoorsy so it was a rough start. We can only assume our host was inexperienced. Other friends have done this and loved it so we will definitely do it again but will do our best to be more selective with our hosts.

We had a great trip! The owner was very attentive to our needs and prompt with communication. The kids loved the roominess of the double bunks, and the travel trailer had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.
