Owner showed up as promised to set up RV. He was super nice . He set up the generator for me and told me he needed a second to clean the bathroom that the cleaning person didn't have access to the bathroom. I was occupied with my group setting up camp to really do an inspection of the Rv. Once I arrived to the RV I noticed a smell of animal and started looking around. Upon further inspection The RV not only was not cleaned. It was not even looked at or cleaned after the last party used it. I found nails, hair socks, dirt leaves you name it all over this unit. The sheets were clearly not cleaned and neither was the comforter. My daughter's friends came to check out the RV and started making fun of her because of how dirty it was. We found other people's clothing still inside all the sleeping bags and sheets that were in the bunks. I contacted the owner to let him know of my discovery and he asked me if I wanted him to come to clean it himself but didn't seem like a sincere gesture so I opted out. It seemed more of like an hassle and by then I realized that maybe he didn't have the same values of cleanliness that I do. I mean for him to deliver the unit in this way he should have known better. It is of my opinion if you're on this site with an RV you are in the hospitality business and if you're going to deliver a unit to somebody, it needs to be clean, especially in today's day and age with COVID etc. This unit was not only dirty. It was disgusting. It definitely put a damper on my weekend and although I was given a credit for the cleaning fee. It really did not make me feel any better. I spent several hours trying to clean up the RV to so that my daughter would actually step a foot inside of it. Hopefully the owners do better with their next guests.
