great rental experience! this van was perfect for a quick mountain escape. it has everything you need for a little getaway—simple and functional, comfortable space, and intuitive setup! james was very communicative and accommodating. you can tell he cares about his van and has put in the work to make it comfortable but also enjoys giving people a unique colorado experience. highly recommend!!

The van was dirty and disgusting upon pick up. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning it before use ooen food left in the fridge and cupboards. James never once met me in person or answered my calls. Pick up and drop were horrible and provided no direction to me on anything. I had to ask. He never responded in a timely manner on the app and his van has 150k miles, no working airbag on the driver side, and it cannot go up hills without hitting max RPMs. Do not rent from this owner.

Overall the van was pretty decent, and had a nice setup. Most everything worked inside though. However, it had some issues, which I informed James about as soon as I discovered. The van really struggled to get up and over hills (more so than other vans I've been in) and had a high whining noise at all times, which was a bit worrying. Then, one of the headlights was out, which is pretty dangerous as I was going on backroads, and on the highway I could have been pulled over by a cop. The second item was that I tried to fill up the tank before I returned it, but the lever keep clicking off as if the tank was already full, I didn't want to risk overfilling a tank with gas so I left it, informed him of this issue, he never responded and then charged me the extra prorated rate for gas through outdoorsy.

We loved doing the van life for 5 days! The van had everything we needed, and James was quick to assist if we had any questions on the trip. Would do again!

My boyfriend and I loved everything about this van- it had everything we needed & more! It was easy to drive and better on gas than we expected. Very convenient pick-up & drop-off. James was also very accommodating and helpful!

Jim was SO great to work with! He responded quickly to all of my texts and made the renting process so easy. The van was easy to drive and park (coming from a first-time van driver). The bed was comfy and everything we needed for our trip was included, which was great b/c we flew in from the east coast and wanted to pack minimally. If we end up back in the Denver area I will definitely rent this van from Jim again!
