Desirae and Vladimir were great! As a first-time renter they were thorough in orienting me to the van. The van worked out great for my family of four for a 3-day trip.

Desirae and Vlad were very kind and accommodating. They were responsive to any questions before and during our trip. The van is in excellent shape and very clean. Overall it was a fantastic experience.
