Our trip with the van was great. Jonathan and Sarah were very responsive and accommodating with our questions and requests.
The van handled well on the highway, although it took some getting used-to not having a view out the passenger rear side (no side window). We got routed onto an unpaved road by Google and the van's Front wheel drive handled the slippery surface well. I'm switching to Ways!
The refrigerator worked well - food was always nice and cold. We ran out of battery power on a few mornings, but running the engine got it back online. The stove was a bit finicky - sometimes it wouldn't engage the locking mechanism or ignite, but there was a lighter in the kitchen drawer which got it started on those occasions. I would prefer propane (which I'm used to) and a double burner to have multiple pots going. There were lots of utensils, dishes and pots provided. And an electric coffee maker which helped get things going in the mornings. The bed is full size. I'm 6'2" and I had to sleep a little bit diagonal to fit - luckily my partner is only 5'4" so we managed. The mattress was very comfy.
A suggestion - There is an exhaust/intake fan on the roof which helps with ventilation. When the doors and windows are closed, the fan is a bit labored with limited airflow. I would suggest adding some screened input vents in the rear so that the fan would pull a nice breeze across the bed area.
All in all, it was a very nice trip we had thru Wyoming parks with the van. We would definitely rent it again.

We spent a week in the van and it had everything we needed. Driving was easy, plenty of supplies, and we were warm even in the teens.

Jonathan was incredible, the van was perfect for our 8 day trip to Jackson, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park. He was very responsive and provided all the amenities we needed for our camping trip.

We took this to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. It was absolutely perfect for our needs of staying in the parks and parking easily with the busy traffic. Jonathan was flexible and fast with communication. Loved it!

Van was nice. Bed very comfortable and refrigerator compartments very large. Owner was out of town when we returned van on date identified in reservation and there was no one available to review rerun condition with us. Otherwise, owner was very responsive and we enjoyed the van.
