If I could give zero stars I would. I even met up with him prior to the 10 day trip to ask if anything was wrong as I was traveling with a 5 year old he said nothing was wrong. Wind shield wipers were broken and we are in monsoon season here in PHX, no wind shield wiper fluid, rear view camera was broken causing backing up very dangerous, radio display was broken so when we went out of service i couldnt check the weather on the am radio, window shield trim on the passenger side fell off while driving, head lights didn't work only brights causing driving at night impossible, steering wheel alignment is off, vents on the ceiling were leaking causing a mess when it rained. When I called Mario to tell him about wind shield wipers 2 hours outside of phx to ask him if he wanted me to change them he said no, only to find out today when I dropped the RV off it was bc he didn't want outdoorsy to file a claim. Was traveling with a 5 year old and felt unsafe the entire time, I would advise NO ONE to rent from him as you will be putting your life at risk.
