He was great got me setup showed how everything worked and was very helpful. The camper was perfect for us.

This was our 1st rental and we had an awesome weekend camping at the mudpark for my son's 13th birthday. James was available to answer questions we had regarding using the RV. He was available and very informative. He made our experience less stressful as this was our first time ever using an RV.
