About Sarah's RV rentals

We are your classic Northwest family! We work hard during the week, so when the weekends come we want to be outside enjoying God's beauty! Our first and foremost love is boating...but we purchased this RV so that our boating weekends could be longer and a bit more comfortable. Excellence is a key value of ours, so you will find that we keep our toys in mint condition. Yes, we are that family that pulls the boat out of the water and fully details the exterior before hitting the road. Similarly, we fully detail and maintain the RV inside and out...however, I cant' guarantee that the top of the RV is always as shiny as the sides...but you will find the interior to be immaculate! When renting from us you will find us to be very customer service oriented...we treat others as we would want to be treated, plus, if you are headed out to enjoy a vacation we will do our best to make it a great experience from pick up to drop off!

We were off to see a show at the Gorge, with Sarah's RV about an hour away from the Gorge her rig was an excellent choice for us coming from Seattle. During the thunderstorm following the show, we were stocked to be sleeping in Sarah's RV.

We had a great experience renting the Riptide for a 3 day getaway. We had little experience with RV's but Sarah took great care to explain everything very clearly and was available whenever we had questions. The RV was reliable and comfortable and we would certainly rent from Sarah again!

We had an amazing trip and Jim and SARA were wonderful to work with. Any questions due to our first time renting an RV were answered promptly. They were both available for questions, emails or visiting the RV to finish the booking process. I would recommend them and the rental RV to everyone . It was a fun trip with an RV that had everything in it for our pleasure and comfort. A trip we will never forget .....

Sarah and Jim were great to rent from. Sarah was an excellent communicator leading up to the rental. We met Jim and he showed us around the RV, answering all our questions. The RV runs well. We rented for two couples - one couple got the bed, the other two the bunks. The leather couch pulls out, but it's probably not suited for most adults - children would be fine. AC runs cold. Lots of storage underneath for whatever you need to bring. Fridge/freezer run cold. Great experience. Thank you, Sarah and Jim!

Sarah and Jim were wonderful! The RV itself was spacious and clean, and they were very helpful when we needed to reach them with questions. This was our first outdoorsy experience, and it was wonderful!

This was our 1st time using Outdoorsy and didn't know what to expect. To summarize - great experience! Sarah was quick to respond throughout the entire process and incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. I can imagine it must be intimidating to rent your own RV and yet Sarah and her family had our interests in mind the entire time. Their focus was on making this a GREAT experience for our family and we very much appreciated them as owners. The RV worked great for our planned trip and, although we had a few RV hiccups (an AC issue was quickly solved by the add-on Outdoorsy 24/7 roadside support team!) we ended with great memories. The RV carried us ~1,000 miles comfortably and reliably! Fresh, gray, and black water all worked and drained properly. Electrical also worked well (except some trouble keeping generator running for AC on the drive). Fridge and freezer were good temps. Plenty of storage space inside and out. The setup and takedown was awesome!! Automated levelling and shift outs made it quick and easy. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog. It was a bit tight but it worked. The main bed comfortably sleeps 2 adults, the 2 bunks another 2 adults (although more fun for kiddos, top bunk has 250lb limit), and the fold out couch 1 adult or 2 smaller kids. Sarah was quick to ask us when we returned for any input on making it better. We shared our experience with her and suggested that it would be helpful to have a set of instructions and basic troubleshooting for each of the systems (i.e. AC, DVD player, water, electricity, stove, fridge, etc.) Sarah was happy to take the feedback. Even after we returned the RV Sarah was still working hard to help us. We had lost a set of keys and Sarah quickly looked for them, found them, and didn't hesitate to immediately ship them back to us (even covering the cost!!). I would very much recommend renting this RV and working with Sarah and her family. We were very happy with the experience.
