I was originally quoted $2,748.96 for the RV rental, which included $2,000 for four nights, $304.75 for the vehicle protection package, a $200 service fee, and $244.21 in taxes. To secure the reservation, I made the first payment of $1,484.23.I was surprised to see that the bill had been altered to include a $500 delivery fee, bringing the total rental cost of the RV to $3,600.58. This unexpected fee significantly increased the cost of the vehicle protection package, service fee, and tax. The $500 delivery fee was never mentioned in the original quote. It was added without my knowledge or consent. I was never informed of the change, and the charge was applied to my credit card while I was traveling out of state and supporting my sister through her loss. I am very unhappy with how this was handled and plan to dispute the additional charge with my credit card company.

I was originally quoted $2,792.88 for the RV rental, which included $2,000 for four nights, a $150 prep fee, $179.75 for insurance, a $215 service fee, and $248.13 in taxes. To secure the reservation, I made the initial payment of $1,514.43.The check-in process was very slow, and the RV was flooded during setup because water was filled into the wrong pipe, causing it to overflow through the toilet and onto the floor. This RV had a lot of wear and tear. While we had the RV, the rear slide-out did not function, forcing us to operate in a very tight space between the bathroom, bunk beds, and queen bed. Due to the flooding incident, we avoided using the RV’s water system altogether. We also had access to restroom and shower facilities at the site. I informed the owner of this when we returned the RV.I was surprised to see that the bill had been altered to include a $500 delivery fee and a septic dump fee of $150, bringing the total rental cost of the RV to $3,617.03. George and Megan were amazing. They are kind, responded to text and phone calls. Camper was all set up when we arrived to our campsite. We had an issue with the ac unit on the camper and they responded quickly and came up with a temporary fix for our week. Anyone wanting to rent a camper I would recommend SLC RV Rentals.
