This trailer came well equipped which limited the amount of things my family and I had to pack for our trip. Communication with our host was great. Aside from very minor issues the one of the door hinges for the screen door the trailer worked great for our trip. Would rent from Claire again!

This was a perfect trailer for us! We spent a few days up in Morro Bay with our dogs and this trailer gave us the room to move around in as well as was uber pet friendly. We had some minor questions and Claire was very responsive when we reached out. The trailer was in good shape, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful trip! Clean RV, Claire was so friendly and communicative.
Missing utensils, and you have to ask for chairs and towels. I would rent with Claire again!

The trailer is a ump! Blinds alll bent! Molding is loose! The outside was dirty! I was embarresed to camp with it! was absolutely NOT leveled!!! I had to have someone level it!! I ran out of propane!! I froze that night and morning!

Claire and Abraham made our family trip so easy. We arrived to a setup trailer that was beautiful and clean, gave us a quick tour of everything we needed to know and let us get to relaxing!!! When we were ready to go they were able to accommodate our slightly earlier departure on the fly. Communication was excellent and we will definitely be contacting them any time we go to the area!

On the second day we were at the campsite our RV leaked from the bottom of the RV and the odor was very offensive. It stopped and I was going to call Claire but decided to wait, now I know I shouldn't have. Then on Friday 6/24/22, My grandson informed me that the rug in front of the bathroom was soaked. I immediately contacted Claire and they informed me that they would swap out the trailer for a 2022 model and call it even. Those 1st few days with the older trailer were very uncomfortable. Claire said they were going to retire the older trailer and had intended to do so after renting it to me. I am upset that this happened because it ruined 4 days of my vacation however Claire and her husband immediately made it right when they were informed. I should have told them from day one when it first leaked. They seem to be very nice people but I'm very glad they are not going to rent that trailer to someone else. I took pictures of the condition of the older trailer but all has been resolved and at least we had 3 days of comfort. Thank you.

We had a fantastic trip! Claire was amazing from start to finish and beyond! She answered my many questions before the trip and went above my expectations by contacting the campsite to get more information for me. The camper was set up and delivered on time and she walked me through all the details to make sure we had an excellent stay. The camper was very clean and comfortable with lots of space for my family. Claire even provided extra fresh towels, sheets and snuggly warm clean blankets, something I was not expecting! Thank you for making our family vacation awesome, Claire! We will definitely be staying with you again!
