Take plenty of pictures before he leaves and be sure to have the date stamped on them. I was blamed for every little broken item and because I didn't take pictures I had no evidence and was charged for it all. I recommend recording everything he shows you because he will lie under oath if you have to fight to get your security deposit back. He will also fabricate stories that are untrue. Make the owner demonstrate the working condition of everything because the fold out broke on us during our first use. The bathroom floor feels like you will fall through it. There is no generator.

Travis was great to work with, very good communication. The camper was delivered well ahead of our arrival time and everything was clean and set up very nice with two red camp chairs set outside just like the photo :) The camper was clean and comfortable with the exception of the air conditioning failing on the last day of our trip and it was pretty stinking hot outside. I would recommend this vehicle if the air conditioning is fixed or you just don't need it.
