Jason was great. Got us setup and the walk through was thorough. Jason is super responsive and helpful with questions during the trip. Camper was great. Perfect for us and out 5 year old daughter. Trailer pulls easy with a 1/4 ton. We are already looking to plan our next trip

We had a great trip to Llano River State Park. The RV was just enough space for 4 people. The A/C worked great as it stayed cool during the extreme summer heat and it got COLD at night. Jason was great at helping explain the mechanics of the camper and he helped my hook it up to my truck.

We had a great time. Jason was responsive and flexible when we had a few hiccups (broke a key for the RV!). The trailer gets rented quite a bit and you can tell it's been used extensively but it's in good shape and a great value I think for the price. Overall, wonderful trip!

Super easy check in/out. Jason was quick to respond and great when explaining the ins and outs of the rental. Every thing was in working order, clean and very comfy for my husband and I.

We had a fun trip and the RV was easy to hook up and use. The cleanliness was acceptable. The AC worked great and was cold. Jason was quick to respond and was very helpful. I would advise not locking the handle (top lock) and keeping the keys close by. Overall it was a great experience.

This was a horrible experience. To start, I went to pickup camper and after we hookup I find that the Right turn signal does not work on camper, by the end of the trip both turn signals stop working. Camper cabinets were full of loose napkins and other random items that previous renters left behind that the owner “left in there just in case we want them.” In other words he did not want to clean it out. When we got to our campground we did not have water hookups so we needed to use the tank which is when we found out that the water pump did not work. Started communication with the owner and he stated that the previous renter probably ran it on a empty tank leaving my family of 4 with no running water in camper for 5 days! We rented the camper to not have to use public restrooms during COVID and then we were forced to. My main issue is that the owner sent us out for 12 days without even checking out the camper before renting it out. So those are the main issues, don’t worry about the moldy awning, the radio that does not work, or the dirty cabinets. All around HORRIBLE experience.

Such a wonderful vacation! We rented this for a little over a week and had no issues whatsoever. Easy to set up, everything worked perfect, and the layout is ideal. Jason was fast to respond and we cannot wait to rent it again!

Jason was great and spent the time to overview the RV process with us. We were new to RV camping and needed the detail. Everything went very smooth and we feel like expert campers now :)
