The owners were great with communication from the start and very responsive. Pickup and Dropoff was easy and they had a very good in/out process. The RV itself with with the slideout is much bigger than you would expect since the bed, kitchen,couch all slide out. I think this goes for all RV's but the bed is very firm so bring your own topper or extra blankets if you have them. The owners even told us so we brought more and were thankful for it :)
