Hi! I'm Don Gaines, and my wife is Kathy. We love our camper but we don't always have the time to enjoy it with my wife's work schedule so we decided to rent it out to allow others to enjoy it for a few days as well! We started our camping adventure years ago with tents, when we were ready to transition into a camper we started off small with a pop-up, then in 2016 we bought our travel trailer! When we do have the time to use our camper, we like to go camping in Grand Haven, Mi with our grandkids, or our youngest daughter, and our 3 big dogs. We love our animals and we are sure you do too! You want to take your animals with you on your vacation? We encourage you to bring them along with you to enjoy the outdoors! We do recommend that you bring a tie out for dogs, food and water dishes, as well as a leash and doggie bags for walks throughout the campground. We recommend that you bring your food dishes inside during the night, we have learned from experience that raccoons like to nibble on some dog food here and there! If you leave your pets alone in the RV, we ask that you are aware of how your pets may react to being alone, we would hate for anything to happen! Don was a great host. This was my first camper experience and Don assisted me from start to finish. I had a great weekend thanks to Don’s knowledge, convenience, and great communication via Outdoosy message board.

5 stars all around! We booked the trailer to be dropped off and set up for us at a campground. Donnie arrived on time and showed us everything we needed to know. Communication was great from booking to drop-off to pick-up. Trailer had everything we needed for our family of four with plenty of space. The A/C was needed and worked great. We would definitely rent again.

Donnie was great to rent from. Very flexible, helpful, and seems like a genuinely nice guy. Camper was 100% as described, included a bunch of extras, was in great shape, and very clean. The AC worked great and was a life saver in the heat. I would defiantly do business with him again.

Super easy and friendly communication, everything as promised. 1st time that I have rented a camper and they made it super easy. Even had all the basics in it! Donny and Kathy were very flexible with drop off, pick up times and our plans changed and I am super appreciative of that. Will rent from again, thank you for helping make our trip easier.

First time camper renter, first time Outdoorsy user. Was looking to rent a smaller camper, since it was only 2 of us, but the user never responded to the reservation or any questions, which surprised me, but then found this camper. Donnie was very responsive right away to my request and then additional questions leading up to the rental, during the rental, and after. I am slightly experienced in towing boats and trailers, but was new to a camper. We used a SUV to tow this camper, which had the capability, but learned with a camper of this size, a truck or vehicle with tow mirrors would make the experience a little easier. Donnie assisted us with getting the rig hooked up and showing the exterior features and usage of power, water lines, and dumping process, then his wife showed us the ins and outs of the inside of the camper. We arrived later than we were expecting to pick-up the camper and he was very flexible with our arrival time. Camper was parked off the road and easy to back-up and pick-up. The fold down bed in the front was very comfortable, interior and exterior kitchen were well equipped, and bathroom worked well. We did not use the back bunk beds. AC worked great during a hot Michigan weekend. Experienced a few issues with Outdoorsy, my driver license was not showing verified, and I had to connect with them to work out that, then had to get insurance after the fact, which was a little bit of an unexpended add on to my rental after I had already checked out. Outdoorsy was responsive during chats and then phone calls. With this enter experience, we wanted to experience a weekend in a camper and then the rental process, which has some learned curves, but overall was a great weekend away.

Wonderful experience! Communication was amazing. Donnie was very accommodating in making sure our needs were met. Camper was clean and in good working order. Will use again if the needs arise.
