Watertank leaking never held water!
A/C not working on front talked to mechanics could not fix it! Spend 200$ for mechanics to look at it!
Battery Was empty we had to boost rv multiple times even after just shutting it off!
Radio doesnt work all the time!!!
Shower does not drain, only cold water never had hot water!!!
Only one charger works unless generator on!!
Generator kept shutting off even at full tank!!
Had to use boost the generator every time to turn it on button would not turn it on inside RV!!
Stabilizer arms are not coming out!! Did not use them once as they do not work!! Tried everything use parking break watched videos just kept flashing!! Unable to work
Spent most of my time trying to find a mechanic to fix the issues but no one was available

Hi Sietske. The RV’s tanks do not leak I fully tested them before and after your trip.
The radio issue occurred because the ‘Use’ switch was not turned on After following the instructions you confirmed to me via text that the radio worked. The battery drained because the RV was left on without proper charging.
I offered you a replacement RV and roadside assistance, which you declined. While the dash AC stopped working during your trip, I provided alternatives and compensated you with unlimited generator use. You used the generator while driving (30hrs) and had ac you also completed more than 4000kms of travel without interruption. This was a inconvenience not a safety issue!
The RV was returned in poor condition gas tank not full, black tank not emptied, and the interior very filthy, not to mention the damages. Now you requested a full refund of your 8 day trip.
I strive to keep my RVs well maintained and to resolve any issues quickly. I acted in good faith and tried to help.

Anita and Abu were very pleasant to deal with. Made our Vacation stres free. Always got back to us promptly . I would highly recommend the rv, was really clean and ran very well even on mountains in New Brunswick. The bed and furniture were all very comfortable. They gave us wonderful memories.

Had a great east coast trip to PEI, Cape Breton and Halifax. No issues mechanically while driving especially through the mountains. Had a few rain days and no issues with staying dry,comfortable to sleep in, Lots of room. As being a little bit of and older vehicle it was loud at times but to be expected with an older vehicle. Owners were amazing to deal with and were always there to answer questions while we were on our trip. All in all it was a great trip!! It was an amazing experience for our family. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Very nice couple that was on call for any questions we had for the weekend. They keep the rv super clean which is exactly how we left it upon return and had zero issues.

Thank you, Anita and Abul, for renting us your rig. Spotlessly clean on pick up. Fabulous bottle of wine compliments of our terrific hosts, who are great to deal with. RV ran issue free from the GTA to almost Thunder Bay and back. Thank you again for making our trip possible.

The entire booking process with the owner was pleasant and seamless. They are a very warm and helpful couple. They mentioned there were damages done from the previous renters and that they went out of their way to not cancel our rent dates, which was very nice. The RV itself is decent, taking into account that it's a 20 year old RV.

Bushra - It was a pleasure meeting you and your family as well. Although we strive for a 5 star review and to give our clients the best experience, unfortunately the unsanitary condition you brought back our RV was unacceptable. You had left us no choice but to charge you the additional cleaning fee. We make sure to provide our RV spotless to provide our renters the clean experience, in return all we ask to bring our RV back in similar condition. We are fair people and would never charge a cleaning fee for crums! Please find reasons below as to why you were charged the additional cleaning fee as you claim were unfair.
1. Left behind stinky socks and dirty underwear. In addition you had admitted to storing dirty clothes in our washer (Photos are available and text msg you shared)
2. Toilet had dry poop smear + period stains. (Photos are available)
3. Shower was covered with dirt, mud and black stain (Photos are available)
4. The floor as claimed were never cleaned upon return crumbs were not the issue here! (Photos are available!)

Wonderful and kind owners. Handoff and return were easy and strait-forward. Definitely not a fully stocked kitchen, no cutlery, no frying pans, no coffee machine, etc…. Rig handled pretty rough, out of balance/alignment, speedometer is inaccurate.

Amazing! Would do it all over again. The owners are amazing! So warm and helpful.. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it! Go for it!!!!
